How long does production take?
Every magnet is custom-made from your artwork. Production takes about 7 business days after your payment is confirmed; delivery time on top of that depends on your destination and carrier.
How do I pay?
We currently accept bank transfer. Your order is confirmed once we receive your transfer — send us the receipt with your order number and we'll start making your magnets.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Because everything is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges except for defects or transit damage. If something's wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a remake or refund.
What size are the magnets, and what are they made of?
Each one is a 2-inch (50.8mm) square — a glossy PET surface with a tin-plate magnet back and a domed epoxy edge.
Will the colors match what I see on screen?
We print as close as we can to your preview, but slight differences in color and cropping between screens and the final print are normal and not considered defects.
