Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sheafkeep and any purchase you make from us. Sheafkeep is operated by SheafKeep 片刻所 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Custom Orders

Our products are personalized fridge magnets made to order from the artwork and text you provide. Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in color, cropping and finish between your screen and the final product are normal and not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Your order is confirmed only after we receive and verify your transfer. After ordering, please send your transfer receipt to the contact shown on the order confirmation page, with your order number as the reference.

Orders left unpaid for more than 3 days may be cancelled and released.

4. Production & Shipping

Production typically takes about 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your destination and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because items are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except where the product is defective or damaged in transit.

If there is a problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to use, any image or text you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your content solely to produce and deliver your order. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
